Teaching Certificate (BTC)

Teaching Certificate (BTC) aims at preparing effective primary school teachers, who are capable of responding to the progressive needs of the modern Indian society. The Program is Two-Year Full Time Diploma Course affiliated to DIET, Lucknow. This Program has been approved by NCTE, SCERT, an apex body for governing and regulating entire teacher education program in India. The Course enables prospective teachers to understand the nature, purpose and philosophy of primary education and to acquire competencies relevant to stage specific pedagogy, curriculum development and its continuous evaluation to foster creative thinking among students and utilize community resources as educational inputs.

Objective:

The BTC course's major goal is to prepare and enhance the abilities of applicants who want to be teachers in the future.

Duration:

2 Years.

Eligibility:

Students should be a graduate or its equivalent

Admissions procedures are conducted according to the rules formed by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the state governments concerned.
