Development is a continuous journey; and co-curricular at IIEM refer to the practical and competitive activities, programs, and learning experiences that complement, in some way to what students are learning in classroom- i.e., experiences that are connected to or mirror the academic curriculum. They are typically, but not always, defined by their separation from academic courses.
IIEM maintains a regular focus on co-curricular emphasizing on debates, dramatics, quiz, publishing, presentations, competitions, seminars, and tours adventures developing social, human and competitive spirits. The college takes into account, the student interest, and the development needs captured through interactive process; and ensures student regular participation to various co-curricular activities thus identified. The feedback are shared and individual development plans are updated with progress.
We seek strength from challenges. Prosperity of a nation can be achieved by prosper individuals , which is possible only by education .Education is our strength and development our passion .
The Society believe that people can't be taught but can only facilities learning by providing conducive environment. We encourage our students to be socially conscious , balanced disciplined, responsible and happy human beings and then inspired leaders . We want to inculcate values in students so that they should be able to manage resources with vision and can contribute greatly towards the progress of the society.we are confident that the student of I.I.E.M. society shall contribute in creating a developed world for the coming genarations.
